GoKart Segway Ninebot Giveaway

Official Terms and Rules

Eligibility:

  • Open to individuals aged 18 or older at the time of entry.

  • Must be following GoKart on LinkedIn.

  • Employees, affiliates, and partners of GoKart are not eligible to participate.

  • Open only to residents of the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

How to Enter:

Giveaway Period:

  • Entries will be accepted from September 14, 2025 at 8:00am PST through October 28, 2025 at 3:00pm PST.

  • Entries submitted after this period will not be valid.

  • Winner announced live from our booth 18105 during Money20/20, 2025 at 3:00PM.

Prize:

  • One (1) winner will receive a Segway Ninebot GoKart. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.

Winner Selection and Notification:

  • The winner will be selected via a random drawing conducted on October 28, 2025.

  • The winner will be announced at Money20/20 and notified via email or Call. The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, an alternate winner will be selected.

Claiming the Prize:

  • The Segway Ninebot GoKart prize will be shipped to the winner following Money20/20 once acceptance has been confirmed.

General Conditions:

  • GoKart reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway in case of technical issues, fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • By participating, entrants agree to abide by these terms and the decisions of GoKart, which are final and binding.

  • GoKart is not responsible for any shipping issues, including lost, stolen, or damaged packages, once the prize has been shipped.

  • GoKart reserves the right to substitute the prize with any Segway model.

  • This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Money20/20 or Segway.

Marketing Consent:

  • By entering the giveaway, participants consent to receive marketing communications from GoKart, including emails and promotional messages. Participants can opt out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided.

Liability Disclaimer:

  • GoKart is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries.

  • GoKart assumes no responsibility for any technical issues or errors that may arise during the giveaway.

Privacy:

  • Any personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

Governing Law:

  • The giveaway is subject to all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
