Why this role exists
You generate revenue by selling advertising opportunities to businesses and agencies. You find the client, build the relationship, and present a solution that matches their marketing goals.
What you'll do
- Prospect through research, networking, referrals, cold call, email, and meetings
- Build and keep relationships with current and new clients
- Learn their goals, audience, and budget, then tailor the pitch
- Write and present custom proposals
- Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close deals
- Work with internal teams to get the campaign live
- Monitor results and keep the client updated
- Track industry and competitor movement
What we're looking for
- Proven advertising sales or related sales experience
- Strong grasp of advertising and affiliate marketing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation
- You have met or beaten a sales target before
- CRM and Google Workspace
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience
Nice to have
- Existing advertiser relationships in affiliate or performance
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions in affiliate or performance marketing
